21 year old Daisy Hope Whetlor of United Kingdom was crowned Miss Scuba International 2018 at the grad ceremony held at The Magellan Sutera Resort, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. The new Miss Scuba International has a degree in Drama from University of Exeter, Devon. She was crowned by last year winner Britanny Anne Novick from the United States.
Daisy’s runner-ups were Dami Huang of Chinese Taipei who won the title of 1st runner up and Noelle Fuentes Uy-Tuazon of Philippines who won the 2nd runner up title.
Daisy won the crown by besting 14 other international representatives and will now work as of ambassador for the organization and help in promoting marine conservation and diving industry globally.
