Ruth Quarshie from central region won the Miss Universe Ghana 2017 crown during a glittering gala held on Saturday night at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra, Ghana. Ruth will now represent Ghana at Miss Universe 2017 pageant this year.
23-year old Ruth won the crown over nine other beauties from different regions of Ghana. Besides winning the right to represent Ghana at Miss Universe contest later this year, Ruth got a brand new Jaguar car as a part of the price package.
As the same event, Western Region’s Hephie Armah was the first runner up where as Emily Randolph from the Upper West Region was crowned as the second runner Up.
After missing in Miss Universe 2016 pageant, the Miss Universe Ghana 2017 pageant was organized by MALZ PROMOTIONS iunder a new directorship of former Miss Universe Ghana Menaye Donkor Muntari.
