Cailin Aine Ni Toibin who represented Cork at Miss Universe Ireland 2017 won the coveted crown during a gala held in Dublin on August 31, 2017 and she will now compete in Miss Universe 2017 to be held in the US in November. She bested 29 other young woman from different region of Ireland and succeeded Joanna Cooper, Miss Universe Ireland 2016.
Ni Toibin is a 23-year-old model/sales associate with Brown Thomas. Two years ago she competed in the Miss Universe Ireland, where she represented Cork and came second runner up.
Her Runners Up Kelly Horrigan (1st Runner-Up), Jadey Manalo (2nd Runner-Up), Aurora Seth-Smith (3rd Runner-Up) and Julieann McStravick (4th Runner-Up).
Miss Universe Ireland 2017, the 54th edition of the Miss Universe Ireland held at the stunning historical Round Room at the Mansion House, Dublin, was hosted by the new owner, international model Brittany Mason and TV personality James Patrice.
