The Miss World Bahamas pageant took place on July 24th and 23 year old Ashley Hamilton of Long Island was the winner of the contest. 1st runner-up was Miss World Paradise Island Pischia Adderley and 2nd runner-up was Miss World Cat Island Rotalya Williams.

The 6′ 1″ tall and  green-eyed beauty who has a bachelor’s degree in history will now represent Bahamas at the Miss World 2016 contest to be held in Washington DC, USA in December.
